Director Continuous Improvement
As the Director of Continuous Improvement, Cindy leads initiatives to enhance and strengthen ShipCarsNow services to improve safety and quality for our carriers and customers.
Cindy brings extensive railroad experience to her role, having worked for Union Pacific Railroad in various capacities. Prior to joining ShipCarsNow in 2010, Cindy handled Amtrak train service at the railroad’s Harriman Dispatching Center. She also worked on the Network Planning team, where she was responsible for General Motors Finished Vehicles, including interline service with foreign roads. Her operating background includes Automotive Shipment Quality and directing the inbound call center for Crew Management, along with more than 10 years of experience in Quality Management. In addition to a bachelor's degree from McGill University, Cindy completed a post graduate program in Quality Assurance and has extensive experience with Six Sigma, lean management, TQM and ISO 9000. She was also a certified ASQ quality auditor.
In Cindy’s free time she enjoys golfing with her husband and fishing at their cabin on the Mississippi River.Send Email »
